What is collected
If you use the contact form, the following is collected: your name, email address, and, where you provide them, your phone number, preferred contact method, travel date, number of travellers, tour of interest, preferred language and the content of your message. Nothing else is requested, and no account is created.
Why it is collected
Solely to read your enquiry and reply to it, and to arrange a tour if you go ahead. Your details are not sold, rented, or used for marketing, and you will not be added to a mailing list.
How it is handled
Form submissions are delivered by email through Resend (resend.com), which processes the message in order to transmit it. The message then sits in an ordinary email inbox. No enquiry database is maintained on this website.
Analytics
If analytics is enabled, this site uses Vercel Analytics, which measures page views without cookies and without building a profile of individual visitors. It is disabled by default.
How long it is kept
Enquiry emails are kept for [RETENTION PERIOD, e.g. 24 months] and then deleted. Correspondence relating to a tour that took place may be kept longer where required for accounting purposes.
Your rights
You may ask what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to [PRIVACY CONTACT EMAIL] and the request will be handled within a reasonable time. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to complain to a data protection authority; in Morocco, the CNDP.
Cookies
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Your language preference may be stored by the site so that you are not sent back to the wrong language on your next visit.
